Written to be accurate about what is actually sold and how, so a lawyer is reviewing facts rather than inventing them. Every highlighted field needs filling, and section 05 in particular needs a Polish lawyer’s sign-off before the first sale: it is the clause that decides whether a buyer can take a refund and keep the files. These terms apply when you buy a playbook or book a call at coachkarmos.com. They sit alongside the privacy policy, which covers what happens to your data.

01WHO YOU ARE BUYING FROM

Koen Rouwhorst, trading as Coach Karmos, a sole trader registered in Poland at ul. Jerzego Kukuczki 5/10, 50-570 Wrocław, Poland, NIP 8971980979, REGON 545995848.

Contact: karmos@coachkarmos.com. That address is read by Koen, and it is the one to use for anything in these terms.

02WHAT IS FOR SALE

Two different things, and the rules below are not the same for both.

Playbooks. Digital content: written material you read in your browser. Nothing is posted to you and there is no physical product.
The 15-minute funnel diagnostic. A service: a private one-to-one video call with Koen, booked through Cal.com.

03PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown on the page you buy from, in [currency], and include any tax that applies. Payment is taken by [systeme.io / Stripe, once connected], who receive your card details directly. Koen never sees your full card number.

Confirm with your accountant: whether VAT applies to a digital sale to a consumer in another EU country, and what the invoice has to show. Calendaria handles the VAT position, so this sentence should match what they tell you rather than the other way round.

04DELIVERY

You get access immediately after payment, at the email address you paid with. If it does not arrive, write to karmos@coachkarmos.com and it will be sorted.

05YOUR RIGHT TO WITHDRAW

As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason.

For digital content delivered immediately there is an exception. At checkout you are asked to agree to two things: that you want access straight away, and that you understand you lose the 14-day right once access is given. Both have to be asked, and your agreement recorded, or the exception does not apply.

The call is a service, not digital content, so the 14-day right applies to it in the normal way until the call has taken place.

This is the clause to get reviewed. If the checkout does not ask for that agreement and record it, a buyer keeps the full 14-day right, can withdraw after reading everything, and keeps the files. Whoever builds the checkout has to wire this in; it is not something the terms page can fix on its own.

06THE GUARANTEE

Separate from the legal right above, and on top of it, there is a voluntary guarantee: [state the guarantee exactly as it appears on /blueprint].

To use it, write to karmos@coachkarmos.com within the window. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.

Needed, and decide first: /blueprint currently advertises three overlapping windows of 3, 30 and 90 days, and the 90-day one turns on “significantly better results”, which is undefined. Whatever you settle on has to be written here in the same words as the sales page, because a guarantee that reads differently in two places is the one a buyer disputes.

07THE CALL

You book a slot yourself. If you need to move it, give 24 hours’ notice and your slot moves with you. If you do not show up and have not been in touch, the slot is gone.

Needed once the deposit is live: nothing currently collects it, so this paragraph describes something that does not happen yet. Your own note says the deposit becomes credit for 48 hours to rebook and then expires. Buyers arriving from a playbook pay no deposit at all, so say that here too.

08WHAT YOU MAY DO WITH A PLAYBOOK

This is the licence printed inside each playbook, and it is the one that applies:

Licensed to the original buyer for personal use only. You may not copy, share, resell, or upload it anywhere, in whole or in part, without written permission. Short quotes with credit to Karmos are fine.

Access is for one person. Sharing a login or passing the material on ends the licence.

09WHAT THIS IS NOT

This playbook is educational and intended for adults. It is not medical, psychological, or legal advice, and individual results vary.

Nothing here is a promise of a particular outcome. What you get out of it depends on what you do with it.

10IF SOMETHING IS WRONG

Write to karmos@coachkarmos.com and say what happened. You will get an answer within 14 days.

11LAW AND DISPUTES

Polish law applies. As a consumer you keep the protections of the law where you live, and nothing here takes those away.

If we cannot settle something between us, the EU runs a free online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Check: the ODR platform’s status, and whether a Polish seller is still required to link it. This is the kind of thing that changes.

These terms can change. The version that applies to your purchase is the one on this page on the day you bought, and the date at the top tells you which that is.
